111 Congress Ave.

When national developer, Cousins Properties, decided to refresh their prime location at 111 Congress Tower, they engaged some of Austin's top design talent to renovate the Plaza and Lobby and to re-invigorate the building. What followed was nothing short of transformational! Featuring a sculptural shade canopy, over a thousand feet of stainless steel railings, plate steel retaining walls and more.

The new plaza is home to the "fareground" inside the lobby consisting of several unique quick bite and drink restaurant options. Grab a plate, a beer and enjoy all that the beautiful plaza has to offer. The gallery below shows the interior spaces just inside from the plaza.
